Avowed – Ancient Arrowhead Treasure Map Location

In Avowed, treasure maps offer you a picture to help locate distinctive items hidden across each region. The Ancient Arrowhead treasure map is obtainable in Galawain’s Tusks, which can be found within the Writhing Ruins, located towards the south of the map. This area also houses the Mater Mare bounty target and a skeleton guarding the loot in its boss arena. Once you have the treasure map, you embark on a quest to discover the concealed riches. Keep in mind: You’ll require three lock picks to open the chest containing the treasure.

Where to find the Ancient Arrowhead treasure

The Ancient Arrowhead treasure is hidden inside a locked box perched high up on an eastward-facing cliff near Warden’s Rest in Salt Flat Farms. Contrary to any rumors, you won’t find it down in the cave located within this area. Instead, explore the ledge while moving along the top of the cliff. If you begin your search from the northern part, navigating around the rocks becomes quite manageable and should lead you to the coveted chest.

The treasure within the chest is the Scout’s Reach, a valuable item needed to finish your quest when obtained. Wearing this trinket boosts your perception by 3 points. Unfortunately, trinkets cannot be enhanced or enchanted further, so if you don’t need that bonus, you can sell it for 600 gold or store it away for potential future use. Additionally, the chest contains several upgrade materials as well.
