Palworld Patch Revamps Random Pal Mode, Fixes Crashes on Xbox and Steam Deck

In a recent update for Pocketpair’s game “Palworld,” the Random Pal mode has been overhauled, and several improvements have been made, such as fixing crashes on Xbox consoles and the Steam Deck. Additionally, a solution has been provided to tackle a bug that was causing map data to reset.

Currently, the level of wild Pals in Random Pal Mode is determined by their specific region. This wasn’t always the case, so you might have encountered more challenging, higher-level Pals initially. To enhance your gaming experience, the levels of these Pals are now fixed and will increase as you advance through the game.

Additional alterations encompass secured Digital Tokens (Dog Coins) and a minimal probability of occupational literature within component loot boxes, resolutions to players experiencing lag (rubberbanding), as well as standard fixes for companions being trapped within bases. For comprehensive details, please refer to the patch notes provided below.

The game titled Palworld is currently accessible on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and personal computers. Notably, Pocketpair has announced that over 32 million players have joined the platform so far. You can check out their roadmap for future content updates, which includes details about its concluding scenario.
