Here is an overview of the console release, via Game Source Entertainment:
The game titled “Noctuary” is a role-playing visual novel in which players guide two main characters, Fancia Dream and Alina Nightsong, through their individual adventures. As apprentice Arborangers, they live a tranquil and fulfilling life among other illuminators while undertaking tasks and challenges. However, when they cross paths with the enigmatic Lumina Fullmoon, an exciting sequence of missions will unveil the mysteries of their realm, compelling them to delve into the truths concealed within light and shadow…
Upon launching on its console, the game will introduce Japanese voice acting with well-known voice actors providing voices for the main characters. Specifically, Kaori Nazuka and Kana Ueda will voice Fancia Dream and Alina Nightsong respectively, capturing Fancia’s timid and cautious persona as well as Alina’s lively and clumsy personality.
Beyond the original game, additional content will be available for download which delves into unexplored character relationships and revisits some plot points. This content includes a series of interconnected short stories, offering chances to meet characters not previously seen in the main narrative. There’s even potential for collaboration with previous Gratesca works! The downloadable content promises a mix of emotional tales, both heartrending and thought-provoking, yet brimming with joy as well!
