Jessie James Decker is happy to keep her family life off-screen.
Following her three-season stint on the reality show “Eric & Jessie: Game On” with husband Eric Decker, where she starred as “Stardust,” the singer openly expressed her reluctance towards allowing cameras to re-enter their private space again.
She shared with TopMob News on an exclusive basis that they likely won’t due to their children and the desire for a regular family life. Their children are so joyful, she doesn’t want anything to upset this, and she feels they’ve reached a new stage in life.
The married pair who tied the knot in 2013 and are parents to children Vivianne (11), Eric Jr. (9), Forrest (7), and Denver (14 months) might not be keen on re-entering reality TV, but Jessie hasn’t closed the door on other television opportunities.
The 37-year-old expressed, ‘We’ve frequently discussed a cooking/lifestyle show idea.’ What intrigues me is planning an excursion for us all, perhaps to Italy, and capturing our shared experiences with my siblings and their families. I’m thinking of creative, unconventional approaches, not your typical format.
Certainly, hosting a cooking show wouldn’t be out of the question for Jessie. With the success of her bestselling cookbooks titled “Just Eat” and “Just Feed Me,” she has now expanded her brand by launching her Just Feed Me line of kitchenware and bakeware on QVC.
She confessed that she never envisioned her career taking this unexpected turn. “I spent so much time in the kitchen and found myself wishing for improvements,” she said. “For instance, I often use parchment paper to bake cookies, but I long for better silicone mats. Similarly, our six-piece bowl set is multipurpose, yet I find myself yearning for specific bowls that cater to my needs and perhaps those of my audience as well.
