If you’ve been dreaming about playing a rogue-like mode in Elden Ring with friends, taking down bosses together, Nightreign is just the game for you! This exciting title was unveiled during The Game Awards of 2024 and quickly captured the hearts of many gamers. With its official launch on May 30th fast approaching, anticipation is at an all-time high as everyone eagerly awaits to see what wonders it holds for us!
In Nightreign, you and your comrades embark on an adventure reminiscent of Limgrave in Elden Ring, tackling bosses together in the realm of Limveld. Here, you get to pick from eight distinct factions called Nightfarers. While the developers have already unveiled six of these Nightfarers, the remaining two were recently leaked.
In the past two disclosures about Nightfarers, we’ve learned about the Revenant and Executor. Although gameplay for the final two playable classes hasn’t been shown yet, enthusiasts are speculating that their skills will be exposed in the upcoming trailer of Nightreign. The initial leak was shared on X (previously Twitter) by MeeToMa, the merchandise vendor of Elden Ring, who posted a snapshot of their new Nightfarer keychains for Nightreign.
Initially, a Reddit user known as u/TeasTaken shared a screenshot of a now-deleted tweet, which hinted at two upcoming character classes for a gaming event hosted by FromSoftware in Osaka and Tokyo. The merchandise, specifically keychains, appear to be part of the event’s offerings. Although these keychains don’t provide much information about the characters themselves, they suggest that the Revenant is wielding a harp and the Executor is heavily armored.
