The tanuki is a popular character in numerous anime, manga, and even video games like “Super Mario Bros. 3”.

He showcases his cultural essence through a bottle of sake and a book of IOUs, symbolizing this duality much like a shape-shifting creature. In one form, it resembles a gun, while in the other, his body is that of a clock. This transformation embodies his unique ability to momentarily freeze time, which he often employs against the Predacons. A miniature clock figure of Heinlad was subtly incorporated as an Easter egg in a certain context.

In the world of Transformers, Megatron’s G1 gun form is famously debated due to its lifelike design. Interestingly, there was another character in Generation 1, Browning from Super-God Masterforce, who transformed into a real-world pistol, much like Megatron.
