Indeed, this sentiment applies to Meghan Markle as well, who recently offered a heartwarming peek at her husband Prince Harry and their two little ones – five-year-old Prince Archie and three-year-old Princess Lilibet. On May 3, the Instagram post showcased the charming scene of Harry, aged 40, guiding Archie’s hand while they stroll through a lush garden filled with vibrant flowers, with Lilibet perched on her father’s shoulders.

In the photo without a caption, it seems like Meghan, aged 43, was the one who took it as she followed the group. A tender glance at Harry as a father emerged just a day after the Duke of Sussex’s unsuccessful attempt to dismiss the U.K. government’s earlier decision regarding his security team. This decision means that Harry and his family, who departed from their royal duties in 2020, will not receive protection should they return to the United Kingdom.

After making that decision, Harry expressed his concern about the absence of sufficient security, leading him to believe that it’s unlikely for him and his family to travel to the U.K. from their home in Montecito, California in the future.

Harry, aged 40, expressed during a recent interview with the BBC from California on May 2nd, following the decision, “I don’t envision a situation where I would return to the U.K. with my wife and children at this moment.” He added, “There is so much they will miss, as I cherish my country deeply, in spite of the actions of some individuals within it.

As a die-hard fan, I must confess my deep sorrow over the fact that, having been distanced from my royal relatives Prince William and King Charles III in more recent times, I can’t help but feel a pang of sadness knowing that Archie and Lilibet won’t get to explore the land I call home.

Harry made it clear, ‘I truly yearn for the U.K.’ He added, ‘Naturally, there are aspects of the U.K. that I’ll always miss. It’s a little disheartening to think that I won’t have the chance to introduce my children to where I come from.’

Even though they may have disagreements with their family, Harry and Meghan have established a peaceful and cherished life for themselves in California, a fact that the founder of As Ever can’t help but praise enthusiastically.

Meghan expressed during the Jamie Kern Lima podcast on April 28th, ‘He adores me deeply, and see what we’ve created together. We’ve constructed an extraordinary life, and we’re blessed with two thriving, lovely kids.’
