Celebrity Traitors season 2 tipped to have approached iconic British pop star to join line-up

There’s been a lot of guessing about who will be on the next season of The Celebrity Traitors, and many famous faces from different areas of entertainment have been mentioned as possible contestants.

Cheryl Tweedy, the singer and TV star known for her time in the group Girls Aloud and as a judge on The X Factor, is rumored to be in talks to participate.

The 42-year-old has stayed out of the public eye for several years, but an insider says she’s cautiously starting to think about making a comeback.

I’m hearing from inside sources that the show’s producers are really keen on getting her involved! Apparently, they think she’d be a massive hit with viewers. Plus, she’s known for being really direct and honest, which they believe would make for some amazing TV – she wouldn’t hold back at all!

A spokesperson for the BBC said: “We’re not commenting on speculation.”

Throughout this year, many potential contestants have been mentioned as possible participants or have been reported to be discussing joining the show with the BBC.

Several well-known faces are being talked about as possible contestants, including Danny Dyer, Alison Hammond, Daisy May Cooper, Ruth Jones, and Tom Hiddleston.

There’s been talk that Steve Pemberton might appear in the next season, potentially as a celebrity guest who’s fascinated by how the show is made.

Jonathan Ross previously hosted this role, and he was a dedicated fan who became a major figure on the show.

The cast will be revealed soon, as there’s still time before a new set of celebrities travel to the Scottish Highlands to play a challenging game of trust, betrayal, and deceit.
