Kendall Jenner Trolls Athlete Exes in Kardashian Curse Super Bowl Ad

Kendall Jenner plays her cards right when it comes to love. 

Kim Kardashian playfully acknowledged the popular internet joke that she and her sisters are responsible for their partners’ sports losses in a new Super Bowl ad for Fanatics Sportsbook.

In a new advertisement set to air during the Super Bowl on February 8th, Kendall Jenner says, “The internet says I’m cursed.” She asks this as if surprised anyone hasn’t heard the rumor.

Oh my gosh, she’s just everything. I was watching her latest video and she’s lounging in this incredible beach house, all cozy in a robe, and she’s sipping tea from the most gorgeous cup! It had a little rose on it, which was so her, but it was hilarious because the rose actually wilted as she took a sip! It was such a small detail, but it just proves she’s perfect, even when things go a little wrong. I replayed that part like ten times!

Kendall jokingly says that any basketball player she dates tends to struggle with their career, dramatically tossing NBA jerseys into a fire as she speaks.

The 30-year-old, who has dated stars like Devin Booker and Blake Griffin in the past, is seen walking through her home. The house is decorated with portraits of her and her exes, but their faces have been removed—either burned or torn out. She playfully says, “Everyone’s been discussing this, and I’ve been anticipating it.”

The supermodel continued to flaunt her luxurious life, playfully asking, “How else do you think I can afford all of this? Modeling?”

The owner of 818 Tequila then jumped into a beautiful pool, joking that it was paid for when her basketball player boyfriend’s team didn’t make the playoffs. She added with a laugh, “Looks like no one was getting a championship ring here!”

Later, she shows off a vintage convertible joking that it was funded by her next dalliance. 

“Do you like this bad boy?” Kendall gloats. “Boyfriend two flopped right out of the league.”

And what about her over-the-top, but supposedly adorable, private jet? As she gets on board, Kendall bursts into laughter and shouts, “Thanks, boyfriend number three!”

You know, I’ve been following the whole ‘Kardashian Curse‘ idea for a while now, and it’s fascinating to see how people talk about it. I recently saw something where she playfully addressed it at the end of an ad, saying, ‘Kardashian Curse…it’s not even my last name!’ It was a really clever way to acknowledge the rumor while also subtly dismissing it. It just shows how she handles public perception – with a little humor and a lot of confidence.

Kendall Jenner’s playful Super Bowl commercial isn’t the first time a Kardashian has joked about the idea that they bring bad luck to their partners.
