Hailey Bieber’s Sister Alaia Baldwin Charged With Assault & Battery

Alaia Baldwin Aranow‘s legal battle continues.

Almost two years after an incident at a Savannah, Georgia nightclub led to the arrest of Hailey Bieber’s sister, she has now been formally charged with four minor crimes.

According to court documents obtained by TopMob News, 33-year-old Elizabeth Aranow faces charges of simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass in Chatham County. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 23rd.

TopMob has reached out to Aranow’s attorneys for comment and has not yet heard back.

According to a police report obtained by TopMob, Stephen and Kennya Baldwin’s oldest daughter was arrested on February 24, 2024, following an incident at Club Elan involving interactions with three employees: bouncers Ian O’Neill and Jacinto Hills, and bartender Haleigh Cauley.

Police say security camera footage shows Aranow breaking into a locked employee bathroom, even after being directed to a nearby public restroom.

According to the police report, Cauley stated that Aranow asked for a few minutes to change her tampon, and was allowed to do so. Cauley claims that Aranow then took out her tampon and threw it at her.

According to the documents, Ms. Aronow left the restroom and was immediately taken out of the building by Mr. O’Neill and Mr. Hills. She struggled and resisted the entire time, and the video shows her pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair and hitting Mr. Hills in the groin.

Officers responded to a call about a woman who had been asked to leave a club and wanted to talk to the police.

According to the report, Aranow claimed she didn’t force her way into the bathroom, explaining she simply needed to use it to vomit and change her tampon.

The report also stated that she first claimed she didn’t throw a used tampon at Ms. Cauley, but later admitted she did. When questioned about pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair and hitting Mr. Hill in the groin, she said she was acting in self-defense.

Aranow was arrested and charged with several offenses: simple assault for allegedly throwing a used tampon at Cauley, simple battery for hitting Hill in the groin, battery for pulling O’Neill’s hair, and criminal trespass for remaining in the club after being asked to leave.

Her lawyer, Drew Findling, explained that Aranow was in town celebrating a friend’s wedding.

He told TMZ that what started as a fun girls’ night out unfortunately went wrong. Ms. Aronow is upset about what happened and is taking steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
