Following Zayn’s announcement that he’s returning to music after a four-year break, people on social media started making memes joking that his career might suffer in comparison to Harry Styles. Zayn has acknowledged seeing these memes.

“It’s hilarious,” the 23-year-old said in a recent interview with Billboard. He also joked that he’d be happy to teach Harry Styles how to do a proper backflip, after seeing the ones in his “Aperture” music video.

He said he finds the memes people share online really amusing. He was also touched that many friends reached out to check on him after seeing the Harry Styles memes circulating, and he genuinely appreciates seeing them.

Oh my gosh, when Harry announced his new album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, and the tour starting in 2026, it was AMAZING! But then, the internet… ugh.
