Ray J Says He Has Just Months Left to Live Due to “Black” Heart

Ray J is providing a devastating update.

The singer, known for his song “Sexy Can I,” recently revealed he was hospitalized with pneumonia and now believes his health is so fragile he won’t live to see 2027.

Ray J announced during an Instagram live stream on January 27th that he’s finished having children. He indicated this by pointing to his heart and saying, “This is done.”

The rapper shared that his health declined so severely during his hospital stay that he nearly lost his life.

Okay, so, I’ve been following Ray J for years, and hearing him talk about this… it just breaks my heart. He basically admitted he messed up, really badly. He thought he was tougher than he was, you know? He thought he could handle all the partying, all the pills… everything. He honestly believed he was strong enough to deal with it all, but he wasn’t. And he says it… it really shortened his life, or at least, his time being him. It’s just… devastating to hear him say that. I’m so worried about him.

The 45-year-old revealed that before his health issues, he was drinking around four or five bottles daily and using ten Adderall pills.

“I’m like, ‘Ain’t nothing happening to me,'” he continued. “I’m undestructible.”

Ray J, who famously dated Kim Kardashian in the early 2000s, recently revealed his heart is only functioning at 25%. Despite this, he remains optimistic about a full recovery.

In a video posted to Instagram on January 25th, he shared that he’s confident things will improve if he remains focused and follows the right course. He also expressed gratitude for the support and prayers he’s received while dealing with health issues and his recent hospital stay, noting that his health isn’t currently good.

Ray J is thankful for the support he’s received from his fans and family, especially his sister Brandy and parents, Sonja and Willie Norwood. He shares two children – 7-year-old Melody and 5-year-old Epik – with his ex-wife, Princess Love.

He announced on Instagram Live that his parents are picking him up tomorrow to go to a doctor’s appointment. He also thanked his parents and a friend named Brandy for their support.

He added, “My sister paid my bills for me for the rest of the year. That’s crazy.”

To illustrate the extent of the issue, he explained that just a few weeks or a month prior, he was able to squat 295 pounds. After noticing she looked “puffier” and receiving criticism online, doctors began commenting, suggesting she might have Cushing syndrome – a condition often caused by high cortisol levels or steroid injections. This prompted Amy to realize she had been receiving steroid injections following a breast reduction and C-section. She wouldn’t have known about the condition without the online feedback. Let me tell you, back in March 2022, I was so worried about Hailey Bieber! She was having breakfast with Justin, and suddenly she started having these really scary symptoms – it sounded like a stroke. She shared on YouTube that Justin noticed something was wrong and asked if she was okay, but she couldn’t even respond. She tried to speak, but couldn’t, and the right side of her face started to droop. Thankfully, it stopped pretty quickly and her speech came back, but she immediately went to the hospital to get checked out.

Turns out, she’d had a small blood clot travel to her brain, which doctors called a TIA. Later, they discovered she had a hole in her heart, a PFO, and that’s how the clot had gotten to her brain! It was so frightening to hear. Thankfully, she had a procedure to close the hole, and she’s doing amazing now. I was so relieved to hear she’s feeling great – it was a really scary time for everyone who cares about her.

The same year Hailey faced a health issue, Justin also experienced one. In June 2022, he revealed he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a condition that caused temporary paralysis on one side of his face. This forced him to cancel the remaining dates of his Justice World Tour.

In a video posted to Instagram, Justin explained the virus affected the nerves in his ear and face, preventing him from blinking, smiling, or moving his nostril on the affected side. He also shared that it had become increasingly difficult for him to eat.

Fortunately, the paralysis eventually went away. Hailey shared on Good Morning America that Justin was recovering well, stating it had been a frightening and unexpected situation, but he was going to be okay and she was thankful he was fine.

Emilia Clarke, known for her role in Game of Thrones, revealed a harrowing health battle in a 2019 essay for The New Yorker. While filming the show, she experienced a sudden, severe headache while at the gym. She described collapsing and being violently ill, realizing something was seriously wrong with her brain.

A hospital scan quickly revealed a subarachnoid hemorrhage – a life-threatening stroke caused by bleeding around the brain. She had suffered an aneurysm, a rupture in an artery. Emergency surgery was performed to repair it, but the pain was excruciating. During her recovery, she struggled with aphasia, making it difficult to speak coherently.

After a week, her speech returned, and she was discharged from the hospital a month later. However, a 2013 scan revealed the aneurysm had grown, requiring a second surgery. This operation was unsuccessful, leading to a massive bleed and a precarious situation. Doctors had to perform a more invasive surgery, accessing her brain directly through her skull.

Fortunately, Emilia is now fully recovered and says she’s “at a hundred per cent.”

Determined to find answers, Shailene, who has kept her specific condition private, combined traditional medical care with holistic and herbal remedies. This search for well-being spanned a decade.

She explained that the physical discomfort led to deeper issues, including fear of food and struggles with body image, identity, and feeling comfortable in her own body.

Fortunately, after years of focusing on both her physical and mental health, Shailene is now feeling much better and considers herself very healthy. She expressed happiness and relief at having resolved the issues.
