Garcelle Beauvais Reveals Where She Stands With RHOBH Cast After Exit

Garcelle Beauvais has no plans on picking up her diamond back up.

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star confirmed she’s moved on from the show and won’t be returning.

Okay, so I was reading about what Garcelle said in People magazine, and honestly, she totally gets it. She was talking about the other ladies on the show, and she basically said none of us are interested in that drama. It’s like, we all just want things to be fair, you know? It’s a level playing field, and that’s what we’re hoping for! I just know she’s right!

Regarding reconnecting with Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, and Bozoma Saint John, Garcelle Beauvais is looking ahead and feels it’s best to leave the past behind.

Looking back on her five seasons with the show, she said it all worked out for the best. She’s happy with her life now, enjoying more privacy and focusing on projects she cares about. It’s a relief to not be constantly in the public eye, and her children are glad for the change too.

In March, Garcelle surprised everyone by announcing she wouldn’t be continuing with the popular Bravo show after its fourteenth season.

Looking back, it’s been quite a journey,” Jamie Foxx said in a video posted to Instagram. “There have been incredible moments, and some really tough ones too, but it’s all been a wild ride.”

Garcelle explained that her 18-year-old twins, Jax and Jaid, played a role in her decision. She wants to be present for their final year of high school.

Several weeks later, the actress from Tempted 2 Love left the show during the season 14 reunion. She surprised both her co-stars and Andy Cohen by walking off set and announcing, “I’m out.”

Kyle shared that after they tried to mend things with the cast privately, Garcelle wasn’t answering her calls.

She told TopMob in April that she hadn’t received a response from the person she contacted. She’d sent two texts without a reply. While she was sad to see them go, she wished them all the best and was confident they would succeed in the future.

Garcelle’s friend Sutton has also experienced a lasting and unfixable rift in their relationship.

During the season 15 premiere on December 4th, Sutton shared with the cast that someone was leaving her and everyone else. She explained she repeatedly tried to reach out via text message, but her messages went unanswered.

Ugh, it’s just… she won’t tell any of us why she left! Not me, not anyone. Honestly, it’s driving me crazy. We’re all just left to wonder, and we could literally sit here forever trying to figure it out, but she’s not giving us anything! It’s so frustrating!

Bravo’s reality show about Washington D.C. featured four women—Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner—who didn’t exactly make a lasting impression. It also included one woman so eager for attention that she actually crashed a party at the White House. We’ll get to her story shortly.

Who?

Vaguely familiar, but…

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.

This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.

The newest cast member on the Utah edition of The Real Housewives had a dramatic and short-lived run. In January 2022, Jennie was let go from the show after old, offensive Facebook posts with racially insensitive content came to light. She later issued an apology, but the show had already decided to remove her from the cast.

Her defining trait was “cougar.”

Dr. Jen wasn’t known for causing trouble during season 16, and her short-lived marital issues with her husband, Ryne, weren’t very exciting. But we’ll always remember her getting noticeably drunk on wine at the Dubrows’ famously uncomfortable—but surprisingly fun—dinner party.

The nurse anesthetist’s show had a disastrous first season, and it’s best described by the embarrassing scandal that became known as ‘Esophagus-gate.’

Katie frequently talked about her charitable efforts, but she didn’t offer much else to the show. She made brief appearances and didn’t really engage with the other cast members as a friend. And leaving the cast trip early? That’s a major breach of etiquette for a Housewives cast member.

Oh my gosh, Charrisse… everyone remembers her, but it’s always about the drama with her husband, Eddie. Honestly, those two seasons were filled with it! And then, of course, there’s the champagne room! It’s iconic, really. Those are the two things that immediately pop into my head when I think of her – the relationship struggles and that fabulous, over-the-top room. I just can’t get over it!

A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?

Although it was refreshing to see some diversity on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Peggy became a frustrating cast member in season 12. She frequently started strange arguments, often over misunderstandings of simple words, and her decision to isolate herself during the Iceland trip showed she wasn’t suited for the show’s lifestyle.

Nneka’s first season on the show focused surprisingly on a claim she made about Wendy Osefo’s mother – accusing her of witchcraft. It was disappointing, as it would have been much more enjoyable to see Nneka and Wendy connect over their Nigerian heritage instead of being caught in an unresolved conflict.

Noella brought a lot of energy to season 16, but it often felt chaotic. Viewers sympathized with her personal issues – her husband, James, unexpectedly filed for divorce right before filming began – but it was her ongoing conflict with Heather Dubrow that really kept her relevant. Perhaps with more time on the show, Noella Bergener will win viewers over.

It’s rare to see a Housewife’s reputation decline so quickly. She went from being a peacemaker in her first season to facing accusations of anti-Semitism and complaining about a cake being thrown in her second – and final – season.

It seemed like Amber and her husband, Jim, were acting out of desperation. He also appeared more caught up in the problems than she was, which wasn’t a good sign.

From what we can gather, Karent was a dentist, and it seems her fellow cast members didn’t get along with her. Moving on!

This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.

Jules was only on RHONY for one season, so it’s hard to place her higher on a ranking list. Still, she definitely brought the drama during her time on the show.

So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.

Similar to her co-star Sara Al Madani, Nina was a successful Arab woman who skillfully balanced a modern lifestyle with her cultural heritage. She generally stayed out of the season’s conflicts, and at times, her quieter personality was lost amongst the more outgoing stars.

Taleen joined the second season of RHODubai and made a positive impression, but it’s hard to get a complete picture of her personality after just one season of the show.

Although she appeared on seasons 11 and 12 of America’s Next Top Model, she didn’t make a significant impact on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, mostly known for being pregnant throughout her time on the show. However, her memorable confrontation with Marlo Hampton while in Tokyo was a highlight.

Generally, we like to see how a new Housewife does over at least one full season before ranking them highly. But Katie made a huge impact right away on season 18 of RHOC, immediately challenging longtime cast member Heather Dubrow. It takes guts to question someone as established as Heather!

To be frank, Stephanie didn’t really impress us. Although she had the potential to be a good addition to the show because of her wealth, her behavior in season seven – specifically using her private jet to control the other cast members – left a bad impression.

Maybe Steph can redeem herself if she returns for season eight.

Sara had a consistently cheerful and optimistic attitude, which made her enjoyable to be around, though it didn’t usually lead to exciting events – except for the memorable occasion when she gave her co-star, Caroline Brooks, some parenting advice that wasn’t appreciated. More importantly, she challenged common ideas about modern Muslim women in the Middle East, and we admire her for that.

The new cast members on season 13 of RHONJ quickly fell into familiar patterns for Garden State Housewives, getting caught up in a season-long, ultimately meaningless argument that even Andy Cohen called out as pointless. Sadly, they didn’t offer much more depth in season 14 either.

Larsa didn’t stand out much during her initial appearance on the show. When The Real Housewives of Miami returned in 2021, a major focus of her story was her past friendship with Kim Kardashian – and her side hustle selling photos of her feet online.

After appearing on Bravo TV for one season, Ana tried out for season 12 of Next Food Network Star in 2016, but she wasn’t selected.
