The name’s Elordi. Jacob Elordi.
If Jacob Elordi, known for his role in Euphoria, is seriously being considered to be the next James Bond, his Wuthering Heights colleague Margot Robbie fully supports the idea.
Margot Robbie addressed rumors about a certain actor while at the premiere of Wuthering Heights on January 28th. Speaking with Will Marfuggi from TopMob News, she said she hadn’t yet spoken to him about the speculation, but added that he’s incredibly talented and capable of playing any role.
She had the chance to see his acting up close when watching the Emerald Fennell adaptation of Emily Brontë’s novel, where Margot Robbie played Catherine and Jacob Anderson played Heathcliff.
For Margot, their offscreen relationship soon became as powerful as their onscreen one.
The actor remembered the first few days of filming, explaining that Ryan Gosling would always be nearby, but quietly observing from a corner. By the third day, she found herself actively looking for him, wondering where he was and realizing he’d likely be close by.
Margot, who married Tom Ackerley in 2016, said she felt unsettled and lost the first time she wasn’t able to see Jacob while they were working on set.

“I felt completely disoriented,” the 35-year-old said. “It was like losing something really comforting, like a child’s security blanket. I just kept wondering, ‘Where was he?’”
Jacob, who is dating Olivia Jade Giannulli, confirmed they have a strong connection. He explained that anyone working with Margot Robbie would quickly understand the appeal of wanting to be around her.

The 28-year-old actor explained that working with Margot Robbie is a special experience. He said that no matter what the project, you’d want to be close by – even just to observe everyday things like how she drinks tea or eats a meal.
He put it simply, “I was enamored by her.”
You can experience the passionate connection between the characters in Wuthering Heights when it’s released in theaters on February 13th. Keep reading to discover other exciting movies coming soon!
