Things quickly get weird when a strange new neighbor, Gary, moves in and everyone starts to get suspicious. I love that Samira, played by Keke Palmer, takes it upon herself to investigate what’s going on, and she’s joined by a really quirky group of neighbors – Dana, Lynn, Tod, and Naveen – who all add to the hilarious and slightly spooky vibe.

Some viewers are questioning whether the new series, The ‘Burbs, will live up to the original movie. However, the series is created by Celeste Hughey, who has a strong track record with smart and funny shows like Dead to Me and Palm Springs, suggesting she can deliver a quality comedy.
