Chappell Roan is getting a dream come true: she’s partnering with Fortnite to create her own character skin in the popular video game.
The singer became famous in 2024 with her first album, ‘The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess,’ and has always wanted a character skin in the game Fortnite. That dream is now becoming a reality.
Fortnite Festival has featured a wide range of musicians, including major stars like The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, and Metallica, as well as virtual artists like Hatsune Miku.
Now that it’s Chappell Roan’s time to shine, if you’re wondering when her Fortnite skin will be released, here’s the information you need.
Chappell Roan Fortnite skin release date speculation
The Chappell Roan Fortnite skin is reportedly set to release on 5th February 2026.
Popular Fortnite insider HYPEX shared on X (formerly Twitter) that Chappell is expected to become an Icon in Fortnite Festival.

Although Epic Games hasn’t officially announced a partnership with Chappell Roan, hints suggest one is coming to Fortnite Festival. Players have discovered a pink pony and a suit of armour added to the game, likely as teasers for the collaboration.
It’s always wise to be skeptical of leaks, but HYPEX has proven to be a trustworthy source in the past, so we believe this information is likely accurate.

What to expect from Chappell Roan in Fortnite
Sticking with our friend HYPEX’s leaks, Chappell Roan will be getting two Icon skins in Fortnite.
We don’t have many details about one of the new skins, but HYPEX has revealed the other skin will show Chappell in knight armor, inspired by the outfit she wore to the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
Plus, another insider, Leaky, has verified that the collaboration will include a Sidekick with a design based on the Pink Pony Club, along with musical instruments like a microphone and drum set.
Similar to other Fortnite Festival Icon skins, you’ll probably be able to unlock these by purchasing and progressing through the new seasonal Music Pass within Fortnite Festival.
