Cardi B and her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, had a baby boy in November, but they haven’t revealed his name yet. This has led to a lot of speculation and jokes, even from Cardi B herself, about what they might name him.

Cardi B, who also has three children – Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 16 months – with her ex, Offset, suggested her new baby boy might have a football-related name. When fans asked for pictures of the baby on January 25th, she wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I’ll show yall touchdown soon.”

One fan playfully suggested naming the baby after Stefon’s NFL team, tweeting “Little Patriotavious,” but Cardi B quickly shut down the idea with a simple “ENOUGH!”

However, someone claimed to know the baby’s name, posting on X on January 27th that it was Grayson.

But the “Please Me” singer quickly shut that down, replying, “It’s not.”

Cardi and Stefon began dating in early 2025, and while they’re keeping details about their baby private, they’ve shared moments of their relationship publicly. For example, Cardi cheered for Stefon when his team, the New England Patriots, won against the Denver Broncos, earning them a place in the Super Bowl on February 8th.
