Amazon is steadily announcing cast members for its upcoming ‘God of War’ TV series, revealing three new actors overnight. It seems they’re consistently adding to the lineup.
Alastair Duncan is returning as Mimir, the funny and wise head Kratos carries. Danny Woodburn and Jeff Gulka will once again play the dwarven blacksmiths Brok and Sindri.
Many God of War fans will already recognize Duncan’s voice work from his roles in both God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarok. He’s also lent his voice to other popular games, including Death Stranding 2, where he plays The President, and the Middle-Earth games for PlayStation 4.
Danny Woodburn, who plays Brok, is known for his roles in shows like The Witcher, Watchmen, and Seinfeld. Jeff Gulka plays Brok’s brother, Sindri, and has appeared in The X-Files and Stan Helsing.
With another three roles now confirmed, here’s what the cast list looks like so far:
- Kratos — Ryan Hurst
- Sif — Teresa Palmer
- Heimdall — Max Parker
- Thor — Ólafur Darri Ólafsson
- Odin — Mandy Patinkin
