Snoop Dogg Supports Daughter Cori Broadus After Death of Her Baby

Following the sad news that his daughter and her fiancé, Wayne Deuce, lost their 10-month-old daughter, Codi Dreaux – who was born prematurely – on January 26th, Snoop Dogg has expressed that his family is supporting each other during this difficult time.

Snoop Dogg, 54, recently posted a photo with his children: Cori, 26, Corde, 31, and Cordell, 28. He shares all four of them with his wife, Shante Broadus.

Okay, so I was totally glued to Snoop’s Instagram yesterday! He posted the cutest picture with all his kids – Cori, Cordell, and Julian! He was standing behind them, and Cori was right in the front, giving this sweet little smile. It just melted my heart! And the caption? Just a pink heart and praying hands… seriously, could he be any more adorable? It’s everything! He’s such a proud dad, and I’m living for it. I can’t get over how happy they all look, especially Cori. And Laurie Helmond, his amazing partner, must be so proud too!

This post was shared shortly after Cori revealed the heartbreaking news that her baby passed away just 20 days after being discharged from the NICU.

Cori shared on Instagram that she lost her partner, Codi, on Monday, posting with a picture of their daughter.

And Wayne also paid tribute to his little girl’s life.

He shared on Instagram on January 31st, writing, ‘I’ve been so sad since you left, Codi Dreaux.’ He added, ‘But I know you’re at peace. Dad will always love you.’

Just three weeks ago, Cori was thrilled to finally bring her baby, Codi, home from the hospital after a long stay.

Cori shared heartwarming photos and videos of herself with her baby on Instagram on January 6th, announcing, “She’s home!” She expressed her gratitude for all the prayers, messages, and support she received, saying that God had heard them all.

Previously, Cori announced that she welcomed Codi last February after giving birth at 25 weeks.

She announced the birth of her daughter, calling her ‘the princess,’ six months ago on Instagram. She shared that she had been struggling with feelings of inadequacy, crying and comparing herself to others, and feeling responsible for not being able to provide everything her baby needed. However, she ultimately found comfort in her faith, feeling reassured that she was supported and guided.

Our baby girl arrived today at 25 weeks, and she’s absolutely perfect! I’m so grateful to God for bringing me this far in the pregnancy.
