Code Vein 2 is a challenging game, but you can make it easier by leveling up frequently. Luckily, the game offers several good places to quickly earn experience points, known as Haze.
This guide for Code Vein 2 is about earning Haze as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Josee’s Outpost: West Gate
Like all Haze farms, this one revolves around a specific Mistle. You’ll use it to loop through an area and then rest to reset the enemies for another attempt. The Josee’s Outpost: West Gate farm is shaped like an oval. Start at the Mistle, go down the stairs, and turn right. Be careful as there are pitfalls that will end your run and force you to start over.
Fight each enemy one by one as you move around the path, going to the left. After defeating six enemies, you’ll end up back near the stairs that lead to the Mistle.
The core gameplay involves continuing until you succeed. The only real risk is falling into the void, but even that isn’t permanent – you’ll simply return to the last checkpoint with any lost progress restored.
Completing this activity once earns you around 1500 Haze and takes roughly 60 to 90 seconds, depending on your character’s strength. If you do it continuously, you can earn between 60,000 and 90,000 Haze each hour.

Mountain Underground Facility
Start at the Mistle, then quickly run back out the door and jump down to the stairs. Go up those stairs and through the doorway, where you’ll face two enemies that explode and another that attacks up close. To defeat them easily, lead the close-range enemy into the blast radius of the two explosive ones. This will kill all three without you needing to fight! Once they’re gone, go through the exit and back across the platforms to the Mistle room.
Rest and repeat.
Completing this quick run earns you 900 Haze and can be done in under 30 seconds by skipping fights. Even if you do fight, it’ll only add 5-10 seconds. This means you can earn over 100,000 Haze every hour if you keep at it.
You can also get extra rewards in Haze from the loot dropped by these three enemies, including crafting materials like the Exiled Bloodkin Heart, Fang, Eye, and Brain, as well as Moonstones and a Lost Broadsword. This makes this area a good place to collect those materials if you enjoy crafting.
The Lost Broadsword is worth 100 Haze each. While items like Exiled Bloodkin organs and Moonstone don’t sell for much individually – just a small amount in the tens of Haze – you’ll collect so many of them during your adventures that they’ll eventually add up to a good profit.
