How I Met Your Mother’s Josh Radnor, Wife Jordana Welcome First Baby

This is how Josh Radnor met his son.

After two years of marriage to Jordana Jacobs, actor Neil Patrick Harris announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy.

Josh shared on Instagram February 4th that he and his wife recently welcomed a baby. He described his son as having a smile that brightens everything around him, being very aware of his surroundings, and getting completely captivated when Josh plays guitar.

The 51-year-old shared that her husband finds the name ‘baba ghanoush’ incredibly funny. She described him as a joy to be around, and she and Jordana are very happy he could join them.

Josh recently shared how grateful he is for the support from listeners of his podcast, How We Made Your Mother, which he co-hosts with the show’s creator, Craig Thomas. He also talked a bit about what it’s like being a new father.

To all the other new parents out there, I’m sending so much love! This whole experience has been absolutely incredible – a beautiful, exhausting, and totally overwhelming journey that’s opened my heart in ways I never expected. I’m just so grateful for it all.

Following the news, many stars chimed in with their support of Josh and Jordana’s newest addition. 

Indeed, West Side Story actress Rachel Zegler wrote in the comments section, “CONGRATS FAMILY!!!”

Meanwhile, Monica Lewinsky added, “Mazel tov.”

Josh usually doesn’t share much about his personal life online, but he recently offered a glimpse into married life with Jordana, several months after they announced their wedding.

He told People magazine in November 2024 that he genuinely loved it, adding, “I know people expect you to say that, but I really do.”

As for his favorite part of their time together?

Josh explained that he cherishes both mornings and evenings. Since work often keeps them apart during the day, he especially enjoys waking up together and spending time reconnecting at night.

Singer Enrique Iglesias and former tennis star Anna Kournikova have welcomed their fourth child. They announced the birth on Instagram with a post revealing the baby arrived on December 17, 2025.

The baby joins older siblings twins Lucy and Nicholas, as well as daughter Mary.

Comedian Pete Davidson and actress Chloe Fineman welcomed their first child, a daughter named Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on December 12th.

 

Actress Jessie and Twenty One Pilots singer Tyler Joseph welcomed their first child, a baby girl, into the world with a private home birth. They announced on December 13th that they named her Felix Winter Dun.

The Teen Mom star and her husband had a baby on December 10th. This is their second child together, joining big brothers Ryder and Ace.

Okay, so Michelle was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and she was SO funny! She was talking about her new baby, and she joked that she didn’t actually carry the little one herself – it was a surrogate! But then she immediately said it’s all thanks to Christine, the amazing woman who did carry her daughter. Seriously, it’s just the most beautiful thing, and I’m obsessed with how grateful Michelle is to Christine! It’s a total miracle, and I’m living for it!
