An Obscure Telltale Game Comes to PlayStation for the First Time Ever Next Month

Skunkape Games is bringing back the beloved Telltale Games adventure, Poker Night at the Inventory, with a remastered version.

I’m so excited – they’re finally bringing this game to PlayStation! It’s hitting PS4 on March 5th, 2026, which I’ve already marked on my calendar!

Poker Night at the Inventory, first launched in 2010 for computers, pays homage to Telltale Games’ very first project, Telltale Texas Hold’em.

It’s fundamentally a poker game, but what really sets it apart is the engaging story and witty conversations between its quirky characters.

You’ll be teaming up with some familiar faces: Max from the Sam & Max series, Strong Bad from Homestar Runner, The Heavy from Team Fortress 2, and Tycho from the Penny Arcade webcomic.

While playing Texas Hold ‘Em against these unique opponents, expect them to playfully banter and tell each other stories.

This updated version of the game improves the graphics and lighting, addresses some gameplay issues, and adds convenient features. It also includes new cosmetic items like table and card designs to unlock.

As a big fan, I was really excited to hear that the PC version still lets you unlock special in-game items you can actually use in Team Fortress 2 – it’s a cool feature! Unfortunately, it looks like PlayStation 4 players won’t get that same benefit in this updated version.

You can get it on the PlayStation Store for $9.99. Are you excited to try the updated Poker Night at the Inventory? Let us know what you think in the comments!
