The backgrounds aren’t static either; they’re alive with animation, which really makes the world feel huge and epic, exactly what you want in a Metroidvania. And the visual effects – when you dash, attack, or use your mystic powers – they just add to the overall sense of adventure in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

The combat in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a standout feature, setting it apart from many recent Metroidvania games.
