In the thrilling “The Heist” mission of the game Cyberpunk 2077, certain valuable items can be overlooked, even up to version 2.3, because once the mission is complete, you can no longer re-enter Konpeki Plaza through conventional channels. However, this doesn’t rule out other methods for sneaking back into the plaza and recovering any missed loot. Eager to know how? Keep reading, we’ll guide you on how to secretly get back into Konpeki Plaza!
How to Return to Konpeki Plaza in Cyberpunk 2077 Version 2.3
To quickly return to Konpeki Plaza, consider teleporting to the California and Pershing fast travel point in Arasaka Waterfront (see map for reference). However, it’s advisable to install either the Reinforced Talons or Fortified Ankles cyberware before you go. Both are suitable, but Reinforced Talons (which allows double jumping) might be more convenient for maneuvering in this area.
Go ahead and use the fast travel point as your starting point. Once there, park your vehicle alongside the wall depicted earlier. After that, ascend onto your car, and then leap over the wall. Noteworthy is the absence of barbed wire at that particular location, making it possible for you to scale the wall.
After scaling the wall, lower yourself to ground level and circumvent the structure to get to the front entrance. Upon reaching the front entrance, you’ll have to find a way to pass through the gate; there are two possible solutions available.
One option is to select a vehicle and operate it using the Take Control Quickhack. Then, strategically crash the vehicle into the designated location from afar, which may cause your character to be propelled through the gate and inside the building. This unconventional approach might not open the shutters, though, making escape more challenging.
As a fan, I’d suggest positioning your Colby C125 strategically near the gate. Park it parallel so its door aligns with the gate shutters. When you step out, the car’s door should nudge those shutters open. It might take a couple of tries to get the timing right, but this method works like a charm!
Inside Konpeki Plaza
Upon entering the structure, proceed directly ahead until you find the elevators located on the right side of the main hall. Use these elevators to ascend to the level where the Conference Rooms are situated within the building.
As soon as you’re out of the elevator, go into the room directly in front of you.
Inside the room, glance upward to find that the skylight window is ajar. Climb towards it to exit the room and return to the building’s outer area.
Upon stepping out, proceed straight ahead until you reach the farthest sidewalk on your right. Once there, locate the exit grate on the ground level and open it.
Rather than heading towards the ground-level exit, you could leap onto the grating above and ascend to the rooftop using it as a means of climbing.
As a gamer, I’ve almost made it! Now, I gotta keep scaling this structure to hit that slanted part you see in the screenshot.
Getting into Saburo’s Penthouse Apartment
When you’ve reached the ski run, locate a slanted part of the rocky outcrop above. Leap towards it, and your character will reach for it and scale upward.
Once you’ve ascended, move to your left and slide or scoot along the edge of the ledge until you reach an open window.
Step outside through the open window and there you are once again in Saburo’s room! Now, you have another chance to gather all the items that you may not have noticed earlier.
- Satori (Katana) – Floating above the helipad on the roof of the apartment, take the stairs up there.
- Nehan (Throwable Knife) – Looted from Saburo Arasaka’s corpse. He’s by the table in the apartment’s living room.
- Iguana Egg – Found behind the tree trunk displayed in the apartment’s living room.
Here you go! In Cyberpunk 2077, if you’re looking to revisit Konpeki Plaza for any overlooked goodies after update 2.3, don’t forget to explore the apartment fully as there are additional items waiting to be looted beyond the special ones. Happy hunting!
