Kelly Ripa has given Lola Consuelos’ relationship her stamp of approval.
According to the latest on “Kelly and Mark’s Live Show,” the relationship between Lola and Cassius Kidston has not only brought them closer but also unified their respective families.
On her Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast (June 25th episode), Kelly – mother to Lola, 24, Michael, 28, and Joaquin, 22, together with Mark Consuelos – expressed her affection, saying, “I love him. I am deeply fond of his family, and we share a close bond.
Kelly shared with Lola during their chat, “We often discuss you two with his mom.
Though Lola usually maintains a quiet approach regarding her relationship with Cassius, she occasionally provides glimpses into their longstanding love story.
Lola mentioned on the podcast, “We crossed paths during our holiday, but initially, we didn’t take a liking to one another.
She noted, “This is something I share with everyone I encounter.” She believes, “Our lack of significant arguments stems from the fact that we already expressed and resolved most of our differences when we initially met each other.
Lola shared that she and Cassius, originally from Switzerland, often visited the same island with their families during their childhoods. Yet, it wasn’t until they were acquainted through mutual friends while attending NYU that they truly connected on a deeper level. As Lola explains, the idea of an invisible string connecting soulmates, which posits that these individuals share an unseen, indestructible bond, has significant relevance to their relationship.
Lola remarked that our relationship was filled with peculiar connections between things, people, and various items,” she said. “It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly four years since we started dating – it seems unbelievable!
Lola mentioned that her parents recently traveled together,” she said. “Last summer, they went to the place where he spent his childhood and got a chance to see his hometown, as well as meet his relatives.
The subject discussed was Lola’s choice to leave New York City for London. When inquired about the factors contributing to her move, the “Divine Timing” artist suggested there might have been some involvement from Cassius.
Indeed, without a doubt, I’ve found someone extraordinary in London! When questioned about my relocation, that’s the secret I couldn’t help but share.
Although they now share a stronger living situation and bond than before, Lola openly acknowledged that she and Cassius are in no hurry to advance their relationship further.
She mentioned that her and her boyfriend are incredibly mindful of each other, and they’ve both expressed that they wouldn’t date with the intention of breaking up. In her words, she’s absolutely certain that their future is set.
In April, Lola offered a glimpse into the “enchantment” of her partnership when she celebrated her and Cassius’ anniversary.
She expressed, “Another enchanting year, as I post these images on Instagram showcasing our love story. Truly, you’re like an angel.

In June 2021, the entire family successfully traveled to both Greece and Italy, a journey that was postponed due to the unexpected circumstances of the pandemic in 2020.
