Kim Kardashian and Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton sparked more romance rumors during a recent trip to Tokyo. Photos shared on social media on March 22nd showed the pair together.

Kim, 45, and Lewis, 41, were seen out together, with Kim wearing a long gray dress with a high slit and black boots, and Lewis sporting a brown jacket and loose pants. Kim’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, joined them, wearing a white shirt, jeans, and sneakers.

The mother of four – North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6, whom she shares with her ex-husband Kanye West – seemed happy, smiling as she looked at Khloe, 41, in a video taken by a fan during their outing.
