Microsoft has announced that the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 will be broadcast on June 7th at 10 AM Pacific Time / 1 PM Eastern Time / 6 PM British Summer Time. Right after the showcase, they’ll share a detailed look at the new game Gears of War: E-Day. You can watch both events on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
I’m so hyped for the broadcast! They’re promising the very first look at gameplay from a ton of new games coming to Xbox and PC. We’ll see what both Microsoft’s studios and partners from all over the world have been working on – everything from the massive franchises we already love to some really exciting, up-and-coming indie titles. It sounds like there’s going to be some huge announcements!
I’m super hyped because the Gears of War: E-Day Direct is coming! It’s going to show off everything new about the game – details, actual gameplay footage, and give us a deeper look into how this new Gears of War story began. I can’t wait to learn more about the origins of the game!
Xbox FanFest is coming back to this year’s Showcase as part of the celebration of Xbox’s 25th anniversary. Attendees can expect a trip down memory lane, looking back at the past 25 years of Xbox, as well as a sneak peek at what’s next.
