Crunchyroll Confirms English Dub Release Schedule for Spring 2026’s Biggest Anime

Crunchyroll is starting its Spring 2026 anime season this April, and they’re already building excitement by announcing the English dub release dates for one of their most anticipated shows before it even premieres. Crunchyroll has had a strong year so far with popular new anime, and they’re hoping to continue that success with another wave of releases this spring, complete with English dubs.

The anime adaptation of Kamome Shirahama’s Witch Hat Atelier is expected to be a big hit, and Crunchyroll has confirmed it will release the English dub at the same time as the Japanese episodes. The first two episodes will be available in just a few days, and you can watch the English dub trailer below.

Witch Hat Atelier Confirms English Dub Release Date & Cast

Fans can start watching Witch Hat Atelier on Crunchyroll April 6th at 7:00 AM Pacific Time. The premiere will include the first two episodes, with both English and Japanese audio available. Viewers in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS countries can tune in. Dubs in Latin American Spanish, Castilian Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, and Arabic will also be available at the same time.

I’m excited to share that Crunchyroll has announced when we’ll be able to watch the English dub of Witch Hat Atelier, and they’ve also given us a peek at who’s voicing the main characters! Anjali Kunapaneni will be playing Coco, with Joshua A. Waters as Qifrey, Madeleine Morris as Agott, Sarah Wiedenheft as Tetia, Nerida Bronwen as Richeh, Reagan Murdock as Olruggio, Bryn Apprill as Brushbuddy, and Erin Nicole Lundquist as Iguin. They’ve hinted that more voice actors will be announced as the series goes on, which is something to look forward to!

What to Know for Witch Hat Atelier Anime

The anime adaptation of Witch Hat Atelier, which was initially planned for release last year but faced delays, appears to be shaping up well. Ayumu Watanabe will direct the series at Bug Films, with Hiroaki Kojima as producer. Kairi Unabara is designing the characters, and Yuka Kitamura is composing the music. Eve (TOY’S FACTORY) will perform the opening theme, titled “Kaze no Ansemu feat. suis from Yorushika,” while Nakamura Hak will perform the ending theme, “Tada Utsukushii Noroi.”

The main concern with Witch Hat Atelier is the animation studio behind it, Bug Films. They had a strong start with Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, but that series faced several delays. However, Witch Hat Atelier releasing its first two episodes immediately offers hope that production is running more smoothly this time.
