Fans have been eagerly awaiting season two of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, and now we finally know when it will premiere – and the wait is almost over!
The latest season of the BBC show, based on Holly Jackson’s books, will be available on BBC iPlayer starting Wednesday, May 27th. It will also air on BBC One and BBC Three at a later date.
In the upcoming season, Emma Myers returns as Pip, who is focused on resolving the issues caused by the Andie Bell case and avoiding future mysteries.
With Max Hastings’ trial nearing, Connor’s brother, Jamie, unexpectedly goes missing. Pip must quickly try to locate him before it’s too late.
Zain Iqbal, Asha Banks, and Yali Topol Margalith will be back to perform with the returning stars Myers, Morgan-Collie, and Ashton.
I’m excited to hear that even more talented actors are joining the project with David Davies! We’re getting Misia Butler, Jack Rowan, Anna Brindle, Peter Sullivan, Freddie Thorp, Lu Corfield, Stephanie Street, and Freddie England on board – the cast is really shaping up nicely.
After the new actors were announced, Jackson – the series writer and book author – shared a statement expressing his excitement. He praised Eden’s performance as Jamie, noting that even in absence, the character’s impact is strongly felt within the show’s ensemble.

Misia perfectly embodies the character of Stanley Forbes, giving a deeply moving performance. And Jack is incredible as Charlie Green – I was so impressed I immediately started applauding while watching the monitor feed. You won’t be disappointed!
