Chuck Norris‘ loved ones are pushing back.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the news about the late actor, and I’m truly saddened by what’s been happening online. Just two weeks after his passing at 86, his family has rightfully spoken out against people creating and sharing AI-generated content featuring him. It’s a difficult time for them, and these posts are adding to their grief. It’s a reminder that even in the digital age, respect for the deceased and their families is paramount.
The family of Chuck announced on his Instagram Stories on April 1st that they are aware of several AI-created videos and posts spreading false and inaccurate information online about how he died, his medical background, and who was with him at the time.
A fake photo created by AI recently went viral on Facebook. It showed a coffin with his name on it, and was surrounded by images of stars like Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jackie Chan.
Let me be clear: everything you’ve heard isn’t true. I’m talking about completely made-up stories – things like false reports about my health history, and inaccurate accounts of my family life. It’s all just not the truth, and I want to set the record straight.
The martial artist’s loved one also issued a plea to the public.
The family requests that you only trust and share information that comes directly from them or an authorized representative. They appreciate your understanding and continued support during this difficult time.
The Texas Ranger star’s family confirmed his death on March 19 with a tribute on Instagram.
The post shared on March 20th described him as a martial arts star and actor known for his strength. But to his family, he was much more – a dedicated husband, a caring father and grandfather, a wonderful brother, and the center of their lives.

He approached life with strong beliefs, a clear sense of direction, and a deep love for others. His dedication, hard work, and compassion motivated countless people globally, leaving behind a meaningful legacy.
They also expressed gratitude for the love Chuck received throughout his career.
