Season 4 of Invincible is heading towards a major conflict, and the trailer for Episode 6 offers the first glimpse of the powerful Grand Regent Thragg. Now that the season is past the halfway mark, things are looking grim for Mark Grayson. After the events of Season 3, Mark faced even greater challenges, ultimately leading to his involvement in the war against the Viltrumites. However, following a second battle with Conquest, Mark will be sidelined for a period.
The first trailer for Invincible Season 4, Episode 6 is here, and it confirms the war between Earth and the Viltrumites that was hinted at in the previous episode. This time, however, we’ll see the Viltrumites bring their most powerful warrior to the fight: Grand Regent Thragg, voiced by Lee Pace. You can watch him in action in the trailer below.
When Does Invincible Season 4 Episode 6 Come Out?
The sixth episode of Invincible Season 4, titled “YOU LOOK HORRIBLE,” will premiere on Prime Video on Wednesday, April 8th at 2:00 AM local time. This episode kicks off the long-awaited Viltrumite War, a major storyline from the original comic books. Some viewers might be surprised, as Mark’s recent fight with Conquest, though incredibly intense, wasn’t actually the beginning of the war. With Thragg now involved, the conflict is truly about to begin, and there’s much more to come.
Thragg, first introduced in Invincible, immediately established himself as a terrifyingly powerful figure as Conquest’s superior. As the strongest Viltrumite in a declining empire, he’s seized control and become virtually unstoppable. He’s a key villain for the entire series and will be a major presence moving forward, so fans are eager to see his powers in action.
What’s Next for Invincible Season 4?
Prime Video has announced that the final episode of Invincible Season 4 will be available on April 22nd, according to the previously shared release schedule. As the Viltrumite War is now underway, fans are curious about how the season will conclude. Similar to Season 3, where the Invincible War was quickly addressed to set up larger storylines, this season might follow the same pattern.
The Viltrumite War has major developments coming up that will significantly impact Mark and Nolan, building on hints from earlier in the season. These changes will affect everyone on Earth, so viewers will be eager to see the full extent of the damage Thragg causes. With Season 5 of Invincible already planned, there’s a lot to look forward to.
