Welcome to the Colony

The kingdom of Myrtana is under attack by a massive orc army. King Rhobar II, needing weapons to fight them off, forces all prisoners to mine a special magical ore in the Khorinis mines. To prevent escape, he orders powerful mages to create a magical barrier. However, the magic fails, trapping everyone – guards and prisoners alike – inside. This leads to a revolt, and the mine descends into chaos, becoming a dangerous territory controlled by the most ruthless prisoners.

Myrtana is a kingdom torn apart by war. Orcs have invaded, and the king needs vast amounts of ore to equip his army and defend the realm. As a result, anyone who commits a crime is now sentenced to hard labor in the massive penal colony of Khorinis, where they must mine the ore needed for the war effort.

The area, known as “the Colony,” is completely enclosed by a magical barrier – a two-kilometer-wide sphere that isolates the prison from the outside world. While people can enter the barrier, no one can leave. This barrier proved to be a problem, and the prisoners quickly rebelled. The Colony split into three competing groups, and the king was forced to negotiate for his ore instead of simply taking it.

Suddenly, you find yourself trapped inside a prison. Pinned against a wall, your only options are to survive and make uneasy alliances with others until you can find a way out.
