The popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen is getting a fourth season! To celebrate the show’s success and the end of its third season—which had a particularly strong finale—the creator has announced a special surprise. A fourth season was already planned to continue the story of the Culling Game Arc, and fans can look forward to its release.
With a new season of Jujutsu Kaisen on the way, fans have plenty to be excited about! The popular anime has also spawned the hit mobile game, Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, and to celebrate both the game’s new art book release in Japan and the upcoming fourth season of the anime, creator Gege Akutami has created some brand-new artwork featuring Yuji, Yuta, Gojo, and Kenjaku. When Does Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 Come Out?
I just saw the announcement that the next season of Jujutsu Kaisen will be called Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 2. Unfortunately, they haven’t given us any idea of when it might actually come out yet. From what I understand, we can probably expect the same people who worked on Season 3 to be involved again, including the voice actors. What is confirmed is that the new season will continue the story right where we left off, focusing on the second phase of the Culling Game arc.
Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen concluded mid-way through the Culling Game, leaving viewers eager to see what happens next. The season finale featured a big battle with Yuta Okkotsu, but the Culling Game tournament is far from over—it’s really just getting started, with many important fights still to come.
What’s New for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4?
The next part of Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game will continue the tournament, and many fighters haven’t had their first battles yet. We’ve already seen Yuji, Megumi, and Yuta fight, but characters like Hakari and Maki are still waiting for their big moments to happen.
After the events of the Shibuya Incident, Sukuna appears to be preparing something major. He’s been patiently waiting through the initial stages of the Culling Game, so it won’t be long before we find out what he’s planning next, and it’s likely to be dangerous.
