It’s currently more popular than shows like The Chosen, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, Dirty Rotten Scandals, Parks and Recreation, Frasier, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Schitt’s Creek, Love Story, and The Count of Monte Cristo.

Firefly, created by Joss Whedon, is about the adventures of a rebellious spaceship crew aboard the Serenity in the year 2517. They journey to the far reaches of the galaxy while trying to stay one step ahead of enemies and the authorities who are pursuing them.

Besides Nathan Fillion, who plays the captain and owner of the ship Serenity, the show Firefly stars Gina Torres as Zoe Washburne, Alan Tudyk as Hoban Washburne, Morena Baccarin as Inara Serra, Sean Maher as Simon Tam, Summer Glau as River Tam, along with Adam Baldwin, Jewel Staite, and Ron Glass.
