Bohemia Interactive and Enjoy Studio announced that a new update called “The First Ascent” will be available for the early access game Everwind in May.

Everwind is a fresh take on role-playing and survival games, played from a first-person perspective. Team up with friends to build a base on a floating island-ship, collect resources, craft items, find loot, and battle enemies as you explore a world above the clouds and uncover its secrets. The upcoming “First Ascent” update, launching in May 2026, is Everwind’s biggest update since leaving Early Access and includes new challenges, enemies, ways to customize your experience, and powerful gear – all based on player feedback.
Everwind is available now in Early Access for PC via Steam.
