Season 3 of Wednesday is gaining some famous new faces, including actors from Game of Thrones and Ted Lasso.
Lena Headey, famous for playing Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones, along with Andrew McCarthy, a well-known actor from St. Elmo’s Fire, and James Lance, who starred in Ted Lasso, will be appearing as guest stars on the show. Details about the roles they’ll be playing haven’t been revealed yet.
Joining Eva Green, Winona Ryder, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer – who have already been cast – these three actors complete an impressive ensemble.
Filming for Season 3 started in Ireland this February. The main cast, including Jenna Ortega as Wednesday, Emma Myers as Enid, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia, Luis Guzmán as Gomez, Hunter Doohan as Tyler, and Fred Armisen as Fester, are all returning for the new season.
Alfred Gough, a co-creator and showrunner of the series, shared with Tudum that the team’s aim for season 3 is simply to make it the strongest season of Wednesday yet.

Miles Millar, who created and runs the show, said they plan to explore the characters and the world of Nevermore and Wednesday even further. Season 3 will introduce more members of the Addams family and reveal more about their hidden history!
In Season 2, Wednesday found herself back at Evermore Academy, now unexpectedly famous and dealing with a secret admirer who was becoming increasingly unsettling. She also had to unravel a new supernatural puzzle, all while trying to save her friend Enid, after having a vision of Enid’s death.
We can expect Season 3 to explore even more unsettling and enigmatic storylines, and more information will be revealed soon.
