This creates a stark contrast that immediately raises the stakes. We soon learn Yuru has mysterious powers he’s still learning to control, but he’s determined to use them to protect his sister. With its captivating start and constant twists, Daemons of the Shadow Realm is a promising anime that looks set to deliver an engaging experience this season.

2) Akane-banashi

Everyone was looking forward to the new anime Akane-banashi, and the first episode didn’t disappoint! It feels familiar to other popular action series from Shonen Jump, but also offers a unique and refreshing take on the genre.
