Haley Beck is embroiled in a scandal.
A 27-year-old Arizona teacher, whose brother is TikTok star Noah Beck, is facing job loss after an investigation revealed she had a relationship with a student. The Peoria Unified School District confirmed this in a statement on April 8th.
According to school district documents obtained by TopMob News, Haley, a teacher at Centennial High School, is accused of starting an inappropriate relationship with a student before he turned 18.
According to school officials, a problematic relationship developed between the two. It began in December 2024 when she allowed him to borrow her car keys to retrieve his Christmas gifts. Later, in the spring of 2025, she allegedly provided him with food and unfair advantages in class, such as inflating his grades and completing assignments for him.
The school accused her of adding a student on Snapchat with the username “Sneaky Link” and exchanging over 4,000 text messages with him during the summer of 2025. These messages reportedly included discussions about sexual acts, meeting for sex, and using drugs and alcohol. The school also claims the messages detailed the student filming her performing a sexual act and sharing it with others.
According to court documents, Haley reportedly referred to herself as a “Sugar Momma” and the man as a “Sugar Baby.” She sent him $630 through Apple Pay, and one payment was allegedly labeled, “This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution.”
She’s also been accused of getting back at the boy’s girlfriend by telling her she wouldn’t go out with him if she were in her shoes.

Because inappropriate contact had already happened, any further sexual activity after the agreed-upon point was unwanted, according to the school’s investigation. The investigator also found that, given the teacher-student dynamic, the behavior was serious, widespread, and clearly upsetting. Text messages revealed sexually suggestive conversations and admissions of sexual acts between teachers and students, which were considered serious and objectively offensive.
The superintendent suggested Haley be fired, and the school board approved the charges on March 26th. The school stated the case is now being reviewed by the State Board of Education.
Meanwhile, Haley’s lawyer Matthew Long denied she committed any crimes.
Ms. Beck is cooperating with the investigation and believes it will ultimately show she did nothing wrong, her representative told 12News. They emphasized that, like anyone under investigation, she deserves to have the process play out fairly and they are sure a thorough review will prove her innocence.
As a lifestyle expert, I always say it’s important to understand how things work behind the scenes. In this situation, the Peoria Police Department initially received some concerns, but they didn’t quite reach the level needed to start an official investigation. Once those concerns grew and met the necessary legal standard – meaning there was enough evidence to suspect something was wrong – they immediately stepped in and launched a full investigation. It’s good to know they’re waiting for the right level of evidence before taking action, but are also prepared to move quickly when needed.
As a concerned parent, I was relieved to hear the police finished their work, and then even more reassured to learn that the Peoria Unified School District followed up with their own thorough review of everything that happened. They called it a ‘comprehensive internal investigation,’ and it felt like they were really taking this seriously.
Following an investigation, the district stated on April 8th that the decision-maker determined Ms. Beck had inappropriately built a relationship with a student, ultimately leading to a sexual relationship. As a result, they recommended she be fired.
The school district stated they take all reports of student harm seriously. They also encourage students, families, and staff to share any concerns so they can be resolved quickly. The district is committed to openness, responsibility, and creating a safe and supportive environment for all students.
The school reports that police have submitted their investigation to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, who will now decide if any criminal charges should be filed.
