These days, it’s no longer surprising when Xbox unveils games for PS5. Titles such as Forza Horizon 5 have proven to be hugely successful on Sony’s platform, and major franchises like Gears of War Reloaded are expected to follow suit.
Moreover, Chris Dring from The Game Business hints at potential upcoming announcements, which he implies may come soon.
He wrote:

In the upcoming weeks, it’s likely that Xbox will reveal plans to bring more games to other systems, such as the Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5.
Given that the Team in Green has made no announcements regarding Switch 2 compatibility so far, it’s reasonable to speculate that some of their popular titles, such as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and DOOM: The Dark Ages, could potentially be among the games playable on the new console.
Additionally, there are several potential PlayStation contenders that have been mentioned, such as Starfield – a game that’s been talked about for quite a while now – South of Midnight, and the highly anticipated Halo series. There are whispers of a possible Combat Evolved remake in relation to Halo.
It’s possible that announcements might be made in upcoming Nintendo Direct events, or during Gamescom and Tokyo Game Show. Regardless of where they happen, keep an eye out because it appears that we can expect more news from Microsoft soon.
