The new Masters of the Universe movie is almost here, and excitement has been growing with each trailer released. These trailers have shown the destruction Skeletor has caused to Eternia, and the beginning of the heroes’ fight to reclaim their home. Just before the movie comes out, Amazon MGM has surprised fans with a brand new trailer, which you can watch below.
The new international trailer features two previously unseen clips. The first shows more of Adam’s life on Earth, specifically his frantic search for the Power Sword. We see him at work and having a tense conversation with his boss (Sasheer Zamata), who points out his obsession is unsettling. He even admits to disliking a coworker, Darryl, who tries to avoid him. The second new clip appears to be from a CinemaCon presentation and offers a fresh look at an important scene.
Masters of the Universe Footage Reveals Adam’s Reunion With Eternia’s Heroes

We hear Adam speaking as clips from earlier trailers are shown. He says, “I know most of you don’t remember me, but I know all of you.” This happens as we see Adam in his cell, brought there by Skeletor’s guards, and get a new look at the captured heroes while he explains his identity.
The camera shows Adam from the perspective of the other characters, letting us clearly see who else is locked up with him. We can spot Man-At-Arms, Mekaneck, Fisto, Ram Man, Roboto, and Teela all sharing the cell, but Cringer is nowhere to be seen, so his location is currently unknown.
This moment appears to happen shortly after Teela returns Adam to Eternia. He doesn’t have the Power Sword, and hasn’t become He-Man yet, which explains why the other characters don’t recognize him. A longer version of this scene was shown at CinemaCon, but it probably won’t be released publicly before the movie comes out.
Masters of the Universe is set to hit theaters on June 5th, 2026.
