After a four-year wait, the third season of Euphoria is back, and fans have returned in large numbers – HBO is reporting huge viewership numbers.
As a huge fan, I was so excited when the latest season of the show dropped just two weeks ago. It continues to follow Rue, played by Zendaya, and her struggles as she tries to figure things out with her friends in California.
Warner Bros., the company behind HBO, announced on Instagram that the first episode of the new series, titled “Ándale,” is now the most-watched show worldwide on HBO Max. An impressive 20 million people watched the episode, which catches up with the characters four years later.
Viewership for the second episode jumped significantly—a whopping 68% higher than the premiere. The episode, titled ‘America My Dream,’ kept audiences engaged, with many viewers eager to see Cassie and Maddy reconnect.
The next episode of the show, titled “The Ballad of Palladin,” will be available in the US on Sunday and in the UK on Monday. It promises to be one of the most intense episodes yet, as Cassie marries Nate (Jacob Elordi), who is struggling with his own issues.

Cassie is determined to make her high school reunion wedding unforgettable, and she’s going all out to fund it – even starting an OnlyFans account to help cover the costs.
Nate’s business is failing, and he’s deeply in debt. To make things worse, he borrowed money from dangerous individuals who are now demanding repayment.
Maddy unexpectedly showed up at the wedding after offering to help Cassie with her OnlyFans. Nate’s family was shocked to see her, and Nate himself suspects she has a hidden agenda.

The preview for the next episode suggests a sad moment is coming, showing Cassie struggling to hold back tears.
Although the third season of Euphoria premiered with the show’s largest audience ever, critics have given it the lowest ratings so far.
New episodes of Euphoria season 3 are released every week on HBO Max, Sky Atlantic, and NOW. You can also watch seasons 1 and 2 on HBO Max and NOW.
