Okay, so Netflix is officially making a live-action Scooby-Doo series, titled Scooby Doo: Origins, and I’ve just gotten a first look! Production is underway on the eight-episode show, and they’ve revealed the young actors playing the Mystery Gang: Mckenna Grace is Daphne, Tanner Hagen is Shaggy, Abby Ryder Fortson is Velma, and Maxwell Jenkins is Fred. Honestly, it looks promising… though I’m still waiting to see how they bring Scooby himself to life! No release date yet, but I’m definitely keeping an eye on this one.
