Techland announced yesterday that Dying Light: The Beast will be released a month later than initially planned, moving its launch date from late August to September. This means the game will now compete with other newly-released titles during this month.
The release date for the PS5 version of the game has been pushed back to September 19th, 2025. According to the developer, they require an additional four weeks to perfect the experience and produce “our finest Dying Light game yet.” During this time, they will concentrate on fine-tuning gameplay elements, improving the user interface clarity, enhancing physics quality, and refining cutscenes and player animations.
Based on early coverage and our own hands-on experience playing Dying Light’s open world zombie game for approximately four hours, we announced that Dying Light: The Beast appears to be gearing up to deliver an exciting dose of zombie entertainment – and it might just turn out to be the best installment in the series yet. In our review, we stated that while it’s not breaking new ground, Dying Light: The Beast is looking like a compact explosion of zombie fun.
Postponing the game until September places Dying Light: The Beast for a release that aligns with several major titles of the year, such as Borderlands 4, Silent Hill F, and Ghost of Yotei.
Spending an additional four weeks provides ample opportunity for you to claim all the currently available Dying Light The Beast Docket Redemption Codes, enhancing your rewards within the complete game.
