Yungblud Vows to Perform Ozzy Osbourne Song “Every Night”

Yungblud is going through changes in the wake of Ozzy Osbourne‘s death.

As a devoted fan, I’ve made a personal promise to perform “Changes” by Black Sabbath, a classic hit that Yungblud covered during Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell concert, every night for the remainder of my life as a heartfelt tribute to the legendary rocker who left us on July 22 at the age of 76.

Yungblud shared on Instagram on July 24th that he’s exhausted after a busy few days. He’s been inspired by this person for as long as he can remember, from feeling misunderstood as a child to being judged as too much or strange in his life and career. The 27-year-old promised to do his best to carry on the spirit this person instilled in him and to make it his mission to keep their teachings alive.

Posting his rendition of “Changes”, Yungblud expressed that it was an immense privilege for him to play this song in the presence of a legendary heavy metal figure.

He declared, ‘From now on, I’ll play this tune each and every night till the end of my days.’ Indeed, in a dark realm, you shone brightly. My affection for you, Ozzy, remains unwavering.

Yungblud developed a strong relationship with Ozzy and his wife Sharon Osbourne after they featured in the music video for his 2022 single “The Funeral.” In fact, he presented Ozzy with a sterling silver cross necklace during what turned out to be the legendary rocker’s final concert earlier this month.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, dated July 8th, Yungblud expresses his gratitude to Ozzy, saying, “I wanted to repay the kindness you’ve shown me by gifting me that cross. You’re truly remarkable, and it’s a privilege to know you.

When Yungblud learned of Ozzy’s passing, he wrote on Instagram that he was “truly heartbroken.”

The last time I saw you, you radiated energy and your laughter echoed throughout, a memory I vividly recall. Legends often possess insights beyond our understanding, and you are no exception – you will forever remain etched in my heart and music. Every note I sing will be a testament to you, and you will walk with me each time I step onto the stage.

Yungblud expressed, “The pendant you gave me is the most valuable item I possess. Previously, when you inquired about how you could help me, just like I replied back then and will continue to say now, the music was sufficient.

The heavy metal group posted an old picture of Ozzy Osbourne, accompanied by a single broken heart symbol as the caption.

He was not only an incredibly dear friend but also a groundbreaking figure in rock music, deserving of his place among the greats – truly legendary. He was also one of the most hilarious individuals I’ve ever encountered. I will deeply mourn him. To Sharon and the family, my condolences and love are with you.

“Love Live The Oz,” he wrote. “Rest In Melody.”

He expressed his love, aloha, and gratitude towards Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, along with their family, in a post accompanying a photo of them. The caption read: ‘I’m so thankful. Rest In Peace.’

The rapper expressed deep sadness upon the death of OZZY OSBOURNE, saying ‘My heart is truly broken.’ They have a long history together, and it was a privilege for him to witness Ozzy’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last year. Sending love, prayers, and sympathies to Sharon, his children, and the entire family. Rest in peace.

One of the legendary rock artists who has ever lived, a member of Def Leppard, expressed this, mentioning that their upcoming performances would be dedicated to Ozzy. “Also, my heartfelt sympathies to Sharon Osbourne and the entire Osbourne family,” they wrote. “May Ozzy find eternal peace now, and thank you for the incredible impact you’ve had on our world through rock music.

He posted, ‘Rest in peace, Ozzy.’ This was following the massive farewell concert of Black Sabbath. It’s a sad day… In my view, pioneers of heavy metal.

The director reminisced about how delightful he was, always ready for a good time, even in the spotlight. He was an iconic figure, irreplaceable in the realm of music. Farewell, Ozzy.

Alongside a video of Sharon and Billy Corgan, the band wrote, “We [heart] you too, Ozzy.”

In reference to his costar in “Little Nicky”, the actor expressed, “Whether it was in our basements with siblings, the woods with friends, in cars, at parties, on boats, at football practice, or sleepovers, there wasn’t anyone cooler to blast on our speakers than the undisputed prince of darkness – Ozzy Osborne! We all adored him just as much!

The Goonies star expressed how amazing and influential he was, saying, ‘He was a unique fit for many, resonating deeply with the raw emotion in our hidden selves. He embodied circus, theater, love, loyalty, and the everyday hero’s talent.’

As a connoisseur of life’s vibrant tapestry, I am deeply saddened to learn of Ozzy Osbourne’s passing. Witnessing his heartwarming farewell performance at Back To The Beginning in Birmingham was truly an unforgettable moment.
