DC’s New Toyline Just Revealed Figures for Batman, Clayface, Green Lantern, the Robin Cycle, and More

For the past few years, McFarlane Toys has been making DC Comics characters—both heroes and villains—available as toys. Now, a new line of DC toys is launching this month! Thanks to recently released photos and online listings, we’re getting a first look at the new action figures, including characters like Batman, Clayface, Green Lantern, Man-Bat, and the Robin Cycle.

Mattel’s initial DC figures, part of their main line for kids, have been revealed. Thanks to In Demand Toys, we’re getting a first look at figures including Batman (with a different outfit), Nightwing, Bane, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and Mr. Freeze. Images also show additional figures of Batman, a Joker-themed Batman, Superman, and another Green Lantern (John Stewart).

More Batman figures have been revealed, including new looks at Batman himself, along with Clayface and Killer Croc, thanks to @cjr8289. A listing on Amazon UK also showed off a new Robin figure and his vehicle, the Robin Cycle. You can find more details and pictures of all these collectibles linked below.

Mattel’s New DC Toyline Is Hitting the Ground Running

Let’s take a look at the new 6.5-inch figures, which are heavily focused on Batman and his allies. There are now five different Batman figures available – and that’s not even including the Joker-influenced version! Each Batman has a unique costume and set of weapons. You can find versions inspired by the ‘Hush’ storyline, a sleek black and silver design, a black and yellow look reminiscent of the movies, the classic black and grey, and an armored version. The Joker Batman figure is particularly striking, with a purple, yellow, and bright green costume that clearly shows it’s the Joker wearing the mask.

This collection includes both Batman’s allies and enemies. Nightwing is represented with two different suits – blue and black, and red and black. Robin has a brand new black, yellow, and red costume that fits with the current ‘Robin Cycle’ storyline. On the villain side, you’ll find figures of Bane, Clayface, Man-Bat, and Killer Croc, all of which are larger than the hero figures. Mr. Freeze gets a redesigned armor, and his figure is scaled similarly to the heroes.

We’ve already gotten a look at the new Batmobile, and now we’re seeing the Robin Cycle for the first time. It’s designed to match the new Robin costume and lets the Robin action figure ride and drive. The Robin Cycle has a cannon that shoots three missiles, and it’s also compatible with the Bat-Link Batmobile – it can actually fit inside the Batmobile’s hood!

The collection currently features two Green Lantern figures: John Stewart and Hal Jordan. Both come with lots of different weapon attachments, and they look great displayed with the other DC heroes. We’ve seen Superman in this line before, and he still looks amazing in the latest photos.

The Mattel DC Comics toyline is launching soon, while the collector line launches in early 2027.
