Love is definitely in the air! Fans in both the UK and the US are getting twice the amount of Love Island they crave this summer.
Okay, so Love Island USA is back, and season 8 has just started! If you’re not familiar, it’s the show where a bunch of singles head to a villa hoping to couple up and find love. This season, we’re meeting a whole new group of Islanders, and honestly, it’s already shaping up to be a good one – lots of potential for drama and romance!
This is Love Island, so things rarely go smoothly! Get ready for complicated relationships, plenty of drama, and a strong friendship that might just be the most captivating story of the season.

When are new episodes of Love Island USA 2026 released?
Love Island USA has a slightly different release schedule than the UK version. New episodes come out daily, except for one day during the week.

- Wednesday – No episode
- Thursday – New episode
- Friday – New episode
- Thursday – New episode
- Saturday – New episode of Love Island: Aftersun
- Sunday – New episode
During the first week of its eighth season, a new episode will be released daily. After that, episodes will appear every day except Wednesdays.
Each Saturday, viewers can catch ‘Love Island: Aftersun,’ a companion show with interviews from Islanders who’ve left the villa and extra clips from the week’s events.
What time is Love Island USA 2026 on Peacock?
American viewers can watch the series only on Peacock, starting Tuesday, June 2nd.
It is released on 6pm PT/9pm ET on the streamer in the US.
Peacock isn’t currently available in the UK, but like other US shows, it will eventually be available to stream on ITVX. Stay tuned for updates!
