While you’re waiting for the big PlayStation State of Play livestream later today, you can check out the new free games available with your PS Plus Essential subscription. These three games – for both PS5 and PS4 – are available now in the UK and Europe, and will be released in the US later today.
Here are the PS Plus Essential games for June 2026 that are live now:
- Grounded Fully Yoked Edition (PS5, PS4) | Review
- Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 (PS5, PS4) | Review
- Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (PS5) | Review
Along with the three new games being added, Sony is also giving players more time to get a PlayStation Plus Essential game from May 2026. You can now claim FC 26 until June 16th, 2026, with the World Cup coming up soon.
These games will be available with a standard PlayStation Plus membership until July 6, 2026, when they’ll be replaced with new games. If you add them to your PlayStation account and stay a Plus member, you’ll continue to be able to play them.
We recently ran our regular Push Square Poll to get your feedback on this month’s game lineup, and the results weren’t good. Out of over 3,000 votes, 46% of you called the selection disappointing, while only 13% expressed any satisfaction. This comes after prices for all PlayStation Plus tiers went up.
