EA Sports will reveal the latest version of its popular College Football game later this week. This will be the third year the game has been released.
EA will reveal more about the new college football game on June 4th, but Evan Dexter has promised it will be a more realistic and detailed experience for players than previous versions, truly capturing the current state of college football.
The publisher has revealed the cover art for the upcoming release, which features Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, Miami receiver Malachi Toney, and Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy on the Standard Edition.
The Deluxe Edition includes new players and a coach: Curt Cignetti as the coach, Colin Simmons at linebacker, Leonard Moore at cornerback, and Jayden Maiava as quarterback.
As a huge college football fan, it’s really awesome to see these players get the cover treatment – it’s a big moment for them! And honestly, college football is just…different. I can’t imagine it existing anywhere but within the college system here in America. It’s totally built around that, and I think that’s what makes it so special.
These games have been very successful for EA Sports recently, so much so that they announced a new college basketball game. This led 2K Sports, the publisher of the NBA 2K series, to respond with a competing announcement.
