On BBC One, Beyond Paradise has been given another chance for a fourth season, as production on the upcoming episode is currently underway.
Supporters of the Death in Paradise spin-off series have good news coming their way, as a fresh season is finally set to premiere, putting an end to their uncertainty regarding the show’s continuation.
Although the BBC hasn’t yet announced when season 4 will be released, the news that production has resumed is sure to make fans eagerly anticipate the upcoming episodes.
On Instagram, the official account posted a photo of the Beyond Paradise clapperboard: “We’re shooting again in Shipton Abbott! This week marks the start of filming for the all-new season of #BeyondParadise.
Prepare for a rollercoaster ride of unexpected plot twists as the group prepares to embark on another season filled with mystery, laughter, and emotional depth along the picturesque coastlines of Devon and Cornwall.
The story continues with DI Humphrey Goodman, played by Kris Marshall, post his time on Death in Paradise. Here, we find him in the eccentric town of Shipton Abbott, Devon, where a variety of puzzling mysteries land on his desk.
Just like its original series, Beyond Paradise maintains its popularity, not slowing down even in its third season. Audience members remain captivated by its vibrant characters, humorous scenes, and dramatic plot twists alike.
More currently, it’s been announced that filming for season 4 has begun in Cornwall, as suggested by a fan account’s post.
Now that the show’s social media platforms have made it official, our excitement levels are reaching new heights!
In addition, “Beyond Paradise” delves into the highs and lows of Humphrey’s bond with his long-term companion Martha (played by Sally Bretton). Lately, they have been providing care for foster kids due to devastating fertility problems that they have faced together.
He went on to say: “Then, as they put more into it, one naturally hopes for permanence, perhaps, and that comes with its own set of difficulties as well.
If you’re finding yourself captivated by the current installment of what some call the Paraverse, or even its Australian counterpart, Return to Paradise (in the midst of filming season 2), then you can confidently anticipate that there’s much more excitement in store for you.
The BBC has confirmed that the series will continue in the coming months, a decision made long after the end of Season 3. This confirmation follows rumors (from TV Zone) suggesting that the cast and crew of Beyond Paradise might reunite for filming as early as July.
Following the scheduled timeline, it’s highly probable that the show will return to our screens during its customary spring season, starting exactly a week after the final episode of Death in Paradise.
Apart from Marshall and Bretton, the cast of Beyond Paradise also features Zahra Ahmadi known for EastEnders, Dylan Llewellyn recognized in Big Boys, Felicity Montagu famous for Alan Partridge, and Barbara Flynn, who has acted in Kate & Koji.
