Hidden on every level of the game are Skulls – special items that change how you play. There are 42 Skulls in total, and they do everything from giving you unlimited ammo to turning the entire level into a deadly floor. Once you finish the main game, you’ll likely find a few Skulls you really like and stick with those for future playthroughs. It’s fun to imagine what would happen if you turned them all on at once!
Campaign Remix is a fantastic feature that significantly boosts replayability. It keeps things interesting by changing how enemies act, randomizing weapon drops, and shuffling their locations, so each playthrough feels new. For an even more unpredictable experience, try combining it with a few Skulls.
The best part might be the ability to play with up to three friends! You can team up online, play locally with two players splitting the screen, and everyone can play together no matter what platform they’re on.
